We would like to introduce an example of our bridge prevention measures for the sodium bicarbonate silo. This equipment was introduced in conjunction with the renovation work of an industrial waste treatment plant. In this plant, the sodium bicarbonate silo and the activated carbon silo are positioned side by side, both equipped with air relators and vibrators. However, a bridge was occurring in the sodium bicarbonate silo, so a blow disk was installed during the renovation work of this plant. During the introduction process, we conducted hearings on the current issues, discussed the placement of the blow disk, and received a decision for its installation.
